Often referred to as Industrial Rehabilitation, Jones’ Work Related Injury Program is designed for the prevention and management of injuries in the workplace. Our goal is to identify the injured worker’s current limitations and successfully rehabilitate for a safe return to work.
Acupuncture and dry needling techniques are not the same. Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into trigger points, or hyper-irritated muscle tissue.Dry needling is the use of either solid filiform needles or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, sometimes also known as intramuscular stimulation (IMS). Jones Physical Therapy’s dry needling techniques are based on western neuroanatomy and modern scientific study of the musculoskeletal and nervous system.
Therapeutic kinesiology taping that can benefit a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, plus inflammatory conditions. Kinesiology tape is a thin, stretchy, elastic cotton strip with an acrylic adhesive. Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to joints and muscles without affecting range of motion.
